The Freedom to Explore the Full Spectrum of Yoga
At Ganga Flow Yoga and Wellness Centre, we believe yoga is much more than a single style or a fixed sequence.
Our teachers have experience across a wide range of yoga practices and traditions, allowing us to draw from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, prop-supported practices, Pranayama, meditation, breathwork and relaxation techniques.
Rather than restricting every class to one particular style, we thoughtfully combine different approaches where appropriate. A session may focus on strength and mobility on one day, alignment and technique on another, or combine dynamic movement with Pranayama, relaxation and mindful awareness.
We teach across the spectrum of yoga — and we adapt the practice according to the purpose of the session and the people practising it.
For personal sessions, this approach becomes even more individualised. We understand your experience, goals, preferences and requirements and design the practice accordingly.

Our regular classes may incorporate different yoga styles and practices across the week.
The exact combination can vary depending on the day’s objective, the level of the group and the teacher’s planned progression.
This allows our students to experience the breadth of yoga rather than becoming limited to a single style.
Personal sessions are different from our regular group classes.
We can draw upon our knowledge of different yoga styles and practices to create a session around the individual — whether the focus is on mobility, strength, flexibility, alignment, relaxation, Pranayama, meditation, a specific area of practice or simply developing a more consistent personal routine.
There is no fixed formula. The practice evolves with you.

Props are an important part of our teaching approach.
Depending on the practice, we may use blocks, belts, bolsters, chairs, wall ropes, wheels, backbending benches and aerial equipment to provide support, feedback or new ways to explore movement.
The prop is a tool. The awareness is the practice.

These practices can be incorporated into regular yoga sessions or offered as dedicated sessions depending on the programme.
The emphasis is on developing awareness of the breath, cultivating stillness and learning practical techniques that can become part of everyday life.

Aerial Yoga uses a supportive aerial hammock or wall ropes or both to explore movement, balance, selected yoga postures and transitions in a different way.
It can be offered as a dedicated practice as well as incorporated into appropriate sessions and workshops.

Our sound-based wellness sessions use instruments such as singing bowls to create a space for relaxation, mindful listening and meditation.
These may be offered as dedicated experiences, workshops or as part of selected wellness programmes.
A yoga class shouldn’t be about forcing everyone into the same movement or sequence.
Our teachers consider factors such as:
As a result, the same programme can feel different from one day to another — while still remaining purposeful and structured.
That is much closer to what you actually do.
You don’t have to decide which style of yoga is right for you before you begin.
Tell us about your experience, your goals and what you are looking for. Our teachers can help you understand which class or personalised programme may be appropriate for you.
